GooD NeWs!!!
Well it is about time for some good news around here..and we got it today! Our Niece Kendra is doing great...AND...her tumor has SHRUNK!!!!! We couldn't be happier. She is in high spirits and feeling good! So from here, they follow up with an MRI in 3 months...time will tell where they go from their! She also got her wish from Make-A-Wish...she gets to go to Disney World and have ROYAL TREATMENT!!! They are flying Kendra and her family for a week, in the beginning of February...WAY TO GO KENDRA...we LOVE you!

FaRmIngToN CanYon
Today Zach and I both had the day off of school and work....which RARELY happens! We decided to head up to Farmington Canyon on the 4-Wheelers with the kids and we had a BLAST! It is a toss up who had more FUN.... Us or Kohen and Addison. I took Kohen behind me, and Zach strapped Addi's car seat down to the 4-wheeler and we were off! It was SOOOOO Nice to get out of this crappy inversion and the weather was AWESOME! We had so much FUN! Thanks for the great idea Zach! Thanks Grandma and Papa for letting us use your NEW rides!

ThInGs ThaT mAke Me HaPpY!
This AM when both Kohen and Addison were awake Kohen started singing the "Itsy Bitsy Spider" to Addi and then gave her a BIG HUG and said mom, I am Addis best friend....she in return gave Kohen a BIG hug and KIss. I love these little people SO much!!

MY 24 Steps to a BETTER LIFE in 2009...
1. Take a 10-30 minute walk every day. And while you walk, smile. It is the ultimate anti-depressant.
2. Sit in silence for at least 10 minutes each day. Buy a lock if you have to.
3. When you wake up in the morning complete the following statement, "My purpose is to____________ today."
4. Eat more foods that grow on trees and plants and eat less food that is manufactured in plants.
5. Drink plenty of water. Eat blueberries, wild Alaskan salmon, broccoli, and almonds.
6. Try to make at least three people smile each day.
7. Don't waste my precious energy on gossip, issues of the past, negative thoughts or things I cannot control. Instead I want to invest my energy in the positive present moment.
8. Eat breakfast like a King, lunch like a princess, and dinner like a college kid with a maxed out credit card.
9. Life isn't fair, but its still good.
10. Life is too short to waste time hating anyone.
11. Don't take myself so seriously. No one else does.
12. I don't have to win every argument. Agree to disagree.
13. Make peace with my past so it won't spoil the present.
14. Don't compare myself to others. You have no idea what their journey is all about.
15. No one determines my happiness BUT ME.
16. Frame every so call disaster with thses words: "In five years, will this matter?"
